At Manage At Home we are committed to offering the best value to our customers through our Price Match Promise. We will match the price of any identical product sold by a UK-based online retailer, either before or within 7 days after your purchase, ensuring you always receive the best deal.

How It Works

Find a lower price
If you find a product that’s identical to the one we offer, sold for a lower price by a competitor, you’re eligible for a price match.

Check eligibility
Ensure the item is in stock with the other retailer and meets our price match criteria (same brand, model, and specifications).

Submit a request
Contact us with the necessary information, and we’ll verify the details. If everything checks out, we’ll match the price.

Price Match Criteria

  • The product must be identical (same brand, model, colour, size, etc.).
  • The competitor must have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase.
  • The lower price must be from a UK-based retailer.

How It Works

Before You Buy:
Contact our team via phone 0800 910 1864 or email info@manageathome.co.uk with the details of the product and where you found the lower price. We’ll confirm the price, and if all conditions are met, we’ll match it before you complete your purchase.

After You Buy:
If you find the same product for less within 7 days of purchase, submit a Price Match request online or via email. We’ll verify your claim and refund the difference to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a Price Match, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Identical Product: The item must be the same make, model, size, colour, version, and specification, and it must be in stock and ready for delivery from both the competitor and us.
  • UK-Based Online Retailers Only: We only match prices from UK-based online retailers that sell and deliver products directly to consumers (no marketplace sellers, third-party platforms or physical mobility shops).
  • Price Match Time Frame: The lower price must be found either on the day of your purchase or within 7 days after purchase.
  • Verifiable Price: The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised and verifiable at the time of the match.

Exclusions

  • Non-Identical Items: We do not match products that differ in any specification, such as size, colour, or model.
  • Special Discounts or Offers: We do not match prices that are part of clearance sales, flash sales, multi-buy offers, loyalty or membership discounts, promotion codes, or trade prices.
  • Marketplace or Subscription Sellers: Prices from marketplace sellers or subscription-only platforms are not eligible.
  • Product Rentals or loans.
  • Service Fees: We do not match prices on delivery, installation, or other additional optional services.
  • Competitors in Administration or Closing Down: Prices from retailers undergoing liquidation or closing down are not eligible for matching.

How to Submit a Claim

Email Request: You can also send your Price Match request to info@manageathome.co.uk, ensuring you include all relevant information, such as product details, competitor pricing, and your order number.

Phone Request: Call our customer service at 0800 910 1864 and our team will help process your request.

When You’ll Receive Your Refund

Once your Price Match claim is verified, we’ll arrange the refund within 48 hours, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.

Additional Terms

  • Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a Price Match request if fraud or unauthorised reseller activity is suspected.
  • Limitations on Quantity: We may limit the number of items eligible for Price Match per customer.
  • Returns & Refunds: Price Match requests will not be honoured on products that have been returned or refunded (including part-refunded). If you return an item to us for any reason after a price match has been agreed, only the net price paid, less any applicable return fees, will be credited.

By following these terms, we aim to ensure that you receive the best price without compromising on the quality or service we provide.
