How can I track my order?
Where tracking is available, we will email or text you with tracking details or you can login to your Manage At Home account and check for individual delivery tracking codes there.
If your order has more than one product, the items may be sent out separately. Not all items are stocked in our warehouse and we work with suppliers to deliver directly to you.
For white-glove product installations, we will provide email confirmation of the delivery date. All other updates will be provided by the installers. You can at any point contact us by live chat, email or call us on 0800 910 1864.

What is VAT Relief?
VAT Relief allows a person who has a long-term illness or a permanent disability to buy eligible items without having to pay VAT therefore saving 20% on the normal VAT inclusive price. Most of the products which can be purchased from Manage At Home are available for an eligible person to purchase without paying VAT on them. HM Revenue and Customs sets out the conditions when equipment for people with a long-term illness or a permanent disability might be eligible for VAT relief and how to claim exemption from paying VAT on these products.
