On the other hand, the bed frame can be raised to waist height allowing nurses and care givers easy access to perform tasks such as turning and repositioning the user. Each care giver is able to easily change the height of the bed to best suit their needs and prevent any uncomfortable straining in their backs.
The movement of the bed can be adjusted using the handset, which can be controlled by the user or caregiver. The wired remote has large and simple buttons that are easy to distinguish and understand. When not in use the remote can be clipped onto the side of the bed for easy access.
The Solo Comfort Profiling Floor Bed also features bonus bed adjustments, such as an auto-regression backrest which helps to prevent stomach compressions when sitting up.
